Positive: It is affordable place to stay. The retired gentlemen do his business only during the summer. He is nice and provides nice breakfast with pleasant conversation every morning.

Negative: It is a house to modify to B&B so if there are other guests talking, you can hear. Also, Wifi is not really great.
