Positive: The staff were very friendly and were able to give advice on local places to eat and shops. Big bonus for us was the facility to leave luggage after check-out and return to collect later in the day. Even to sit and have a cup of tea on the little terrace before leaving. A very charming hotel and room. Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the town.

Negative: There was nothing that I could suggest for improvement. I found the staff and hotel charming.

Summary: Excellent! Couldn't have been better!
