About this space
Relax and enjoy this unique, peaceful , vintage lakehouse on the beautiful Lake Bruin. Swim, fish, hang out, take a quiet paddle to the cypress grove. Launch your boat at the Lake Bruin State Park (2 miles away) for tubing/skiing, and enjoy the splash pad and playground equipment while you’re there. Have coffee on the pier, watch a spectacular sunrise, lay in the hammock under the trees, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and in the evening check out the stars!
The space
Three bedrooms, two full baths, open floor plan with kitchen, den, and dining area.
There’s an additional open den area with VCR for kids’ movies, a closet filled with toys and games, and lots of room for an inflatable mattress. Perfect for keeping kids busy while adults cook, visit, or watch a show.
There is a mud room to hang damp towels and bathing suits with a large utility sink, washer, and dryer. This is a good space for ice chests too.
After you put the kids to bed close off the bedroom area from the kitchen and den and enjoy the evening!
