The open floor plan makes the home feel warm and welcoming upon arrival. Dining room table comfortable seats 4 and off of the kitchen is a breakfast bar that seats 4. The fully stocked kitchen also includes spacious cabinets, plenty of counter space and new appliances! The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying your night in. (DVR is included)
The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV with cable and DVR, and the master bathroom with his and her sinks, vanity space, and a spacious walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom provides a queen size bed with dresser space. The 3rd bedroom provides two twin beds, dresser space and a desk with chair.
With entrances through the living room and master bedroom, you'll find a spacious screened in lanai that's perfect for entertaining guests with ample outdoor seating and complimentary gas BBQ grill. Lanai also features 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you and your guests cool.
This home is only a 1/2 mile drive on your complimentary 2 person, fully reconditioned, 2019 Yamaha QuieTech gas golf cart to the highly desired location of Lake-Sumter Landing. Golf cart has new tires, a new enclosure and a speedometer.

Summary: The home was beautiful, plush towels, a golf cart, close to the town square, overall, I rate my family's stay a 5. However, unclear humidostat and air conditioning institutions brought the temperature down to 52 degrees our first night. A friend came and he couldn't understand the instructions either. Had to call Vrbo on Christmas day. Also, no blow dryer. And this house had everything. I washed my hair less because it had to air dry. This is not meant as a deterrent, the space was fantastic, just minor inconveniences. Would stay here again.
