Positive: We stayed at the place for a week and had a great time. Amazing location, within just a couple of kilometers of nearby beaches - Candolim, Sinquerim and Calangute. At the same time, away from all the hustle and bustle with all the tourists running around; Nice balance. The host was fantastic and extremely helpful, the care taker was also very responsive and helpful. Key thing to highlight, no unnecessary intrusion and hovering around, helpful when needed; Just what I would look for when I take up a place on booking or airbnb. Fully functional kitchen, + washing machine + 2 big screen TVs. Swiggy and Zomato cover delivery in the location. Car/Bike rentals are just outside the gate. Shops are within a 1 km radius. Overall, fantastic experience and will highly recommend the place.

Negative: The place was decorated with a lot of trinkets sprinkled around the place, and at some level, we had to be a little conscious to ensure we don't break something. Honestly, can't think of any drawbacks to taking up this place for a week or two, maybe even longer :)
