Negative: The fridge was not on, they could have at least have some paper towels and tissues for the guest. The Ac did not work properly in two of the rooms. The management team should check to Make sure everything works before arriving guest and at least turn the AC and the fridge on the day when they know they will be receiving guest.
Summary: I would not go back!
