Positive: The resort was wonderful. The room is privately owned by Oliver and you do not need to go to the reception desk to check in or check out. Oliver sends you the info via whats up. As we were there early, and the room was ready, we were allowed to enter earlier, which was great for us to settle in. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there are only steps, no lifts are found at the resort. The bedroom is very comfy and the bathroom also. Although the room is privately owned, one can still use all the facilities offered in the resort. There is a small supermarket, a laundry room with driers too, pizza take away, and 2 other restaurants and a cafeteria near the pool for snacks, plus bar. The place is amazing. It's perfect for families with kids also, very safe. There is a lovely big swimming pool and further down there is a sandy beach, which you can explore and walk along the sand to 2 other beaches. You can rent a car from the resort itself and excursions. We were also allowed to leave the room at a later hour which was really good for us. Unfortunately, the only negative experience was that the water in certain parts of Martinique was closed down for 2 days!! Oliver offered to transfer us to another hotel, however we waited a bit and finally it came. I would definitely love to go there again. It was an amazing peaceful experience. In the terrace of the room, there is a kitchen which is very convenient. The apartment has a lovely view and is located in the quieter side of the resort. Staff were very helpful and tried to speak some english. I recommend it 100%. A wonderful apartment in a paradise resort.
Negative: When there was no water, but that wasn't the owner's fault. There were no English TV stations.
