This exclusive property enjoys spectacular views across Llangennith Bay and Rhossili Downs. Only 5 minutes' drive (or 15-minute walk) from the beach. The house has 2 bathrooms, private parking and ample, safe storage in an adjoining double garage. Atlantic Haven is the perfect base from which to explore the coast and Gower Peninsular, and within walking distance of village facilities including PJ's Surf Shop and the Kings Head pub serving up quality pub food. Cloakroom: WCand handbasin. Reception: Two 3-seat sofas, a 42-inch Plasma TV, and PlayStation 3 (which plays DVD's).
Dining Room: 8 comfortably and is accessed from both the hall and kitchen.
Reception 2: Sofa bed providing additional sleeping for 1-2 persons and a wall-mounted TV.

Master Bedroom: King size bedwith wardrobesand en suite wet room and WC.
Bedroom2: Double bedand wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds.

Bathroom: Bath and over bath shower, WC and shaver point.
External: The front garden has a driveway with parking for 2or 3 cars, plus there's a large, sunny aspect rear garden with raised decked area and outdoor dining furniture. A double garage provides safe storage for bikes and beach items.
Access to the house is from the drive to the front door via a flight of 10 steps, with hand rails either side.
