KIDS
Send your kids out the patio door to play in a completely enclosed grassy backyard. Or head across the street to the playground--where they can climb & splash around, while you grill or lounge. When you get back the house, they can cuddle up in a cozy tent with books and games, or climb into the bunk beds for some rest. For your smallest ones, we provide a Pack ‘N’ Play and a high chair you can assemble and use as needed.
WORK
Bring your laptop and stay a while. Enjoy a bright open space while working at the dining table, or settle in at the desk downstairs. Wi-Fi is fast and shared upon arrival (see info posted next to the front door).
UPSTAIRS LOUNGES
The front room & living rooms are bright and spacious. In the living room Hulu live TV is available (1 of 3 TVs) or log in with to your own Smart TV app.
OUTSIDE LOUNGE
Patio doors lead to the covered backyard patio where you can enjoy the Colorado evenings under the string light. Patio table seats 6 with additional 2 seats at a high top bar/table.
DOWNSTAIRS LOUNGE
Catch your favorites movie, sports, or TV on the full-wall projector screen THEATER. Hulu live TV is available, or log in with to your own Smart TV app. Tons of seating in the theater between the couch & bean bags.

The SPEAKEASY is yours to discover. We recommend putting on a record or connecting to spotify and enjoying your favorite beverage with some tunes.

Easily host your family meals with a well-stocked kitchen. Includes basic spices and condiments, dishes for regular dining or unbreakable options for kids/patio, mixing bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, blender, & toaster. Use the dishwasher, garbage disposal, drying rack, and cleaning supplies under the sink, as needed.Dining table seats 6.

Caffeinate before your adventures with a Keurig machine, drip coffee, or tea options. We provide starter supplies for your first morning -- there are many grocery stores nearby so you can fully stock up on your caffeine items of choice.

BATHROOMS
Amenities include hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer (2 hair dryers in the house)
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room. Detergent, drying sheets, iron, ironing board provided. Use the folding table, laundry basket, hangers, and drying rack to keep your laundry tidy.
GARAGE
Before arrival, you’ll receive a code for the 2 car garage. park your vehicle or stash your gear.
DOGS
Well-behaved pets (dogs only; limit of 2) are invited to stay with a $75 pet fee.
Disclose dogs in your reservation request. We provide a stainless steel food/water bowl set and a tin of dog treats for your friend.
DOG RULES
-Dogs must be contained in a kennel if left home alone or unsupervised. We provide 2 XL wire kennels (48Lx30Wx32H) with a waterproof pad that is easy to clean
-Dogs must be potty trained
-Dogs must be up to date on rabies + all other vaccinations
-Dogs must treated with a flea and tick repellent which is effective during the entire reservation
-Clean paws when dogs come in from the yard (keep carpets clean)
-Keep dogs off furniture including indoor/outdoor couches and beds
-Clean up pet refuse completely. There is a dog waste station in the yard.
-Any damages must be reported immediately to the host.
-Extra fees will be charged for damages or negligence with pet cleanup (e.g. couches/carpet need to be cleaned).
HOUSE RULES
-No parties or guests who aren’t on the reservation
-Guests may not touch disclosed/outdoor security cameras
-No smoking on this property. Smell or evidence of smoking inside the house or garage will result in fines.
-No noise outside after 9pm (to respect our neighbors with families)
-No shoes on carpet (remove at door)
-If any maintenance issue or damages become clear during your stay, please contact your host immediately to report so we can schedule maintenance between guests.
-If you switch a propane tank for the fireplace or grill, please let your host know there is an empty tank on the property. If you deplete more than one propane tank, please go to Home Depot or a nearby gas station and exchange the tank for a refill -- it's usually $20 to swap a tank.
All areas of the property are accessible unless they are locked (one closet is locked)
