Summary: Absolutely disappointing. The hotel property was advertised with wellness centre, pool, gym etc. however, it seemed to be all under maintenance at the same time. The condition of the indoor pool was absolutely filthy and unclean. Me and my partner had to travel to another hotel to use their swimming pool. No help from management. Staff at reception admitted pool had not been clean and poor management. Booked a massage and the masseuse never showed up on the agreed date, she then sent a text message saying she had to cancel last minute. This hotel has a lot of potential, unfortunately it does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. Very expensive stay for unusable facilities. Waste of money!
