Positive: Apartment was much better than expected. You do not know when you book which building you will be in so the pictures on site are meaningless. Good shower and enough room in the living area for 4 - did feel for teenage son who had so sleep in the bunks right by the door entrance and toilet/bathroom but that is the usual kind of layout for these places. Nice size double room with very comfy bed, room for 4 to sit round the table and sofa bed as settee. It would be a tight fit for 6 people but doable.
Negative: Beware though - note you have to take your own bedding (sheets/duvet covers) and are expected to thoroughly clean the apartment on departure ready for the next guest however there are little or no products provided for you to be able to do this. Apparently this is a "french" thing as the french tend to holiday within their own country and so take their own bedding and cleaning products with them, quite a difficult thing to do when you are visiting from overseas! Luckily we had a friend who has an apartment there so we were able to use their cleaning products. There was a bathroom cleaning spray but all that was left under the kitchen sink were loads of empties so would have been nice to have had something to wash up and mop the floor with without having to go to the supermarket or "borrow". Take a supply of dishwasher tablets. Check out time can be anytime between 8 - 9.30 you are given a 10 minute slot when you collect the keys so be prepared for an early one, bearing in mind your full clean down. You are met for them to check the apartment and return your cash deposit.
