Positive: We loved everything! The location is perfect, away enough from busy town but close enough to walk 10 minutes and being in Oia. The facilities look luxury and the rooms are perfect for privacy and relaxing. The staff were amazing and helped us when we needed. They helped us with our laundry, booked taxi and massage for us and everything was on time and with the best service ever. We had pizza over there for dinner and the breakfast was really good. Helena, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful and all people from there was always willing to help and make our stay perfect. I was afraid that the hotel was too far from town or difficult to reach, but it exceeded my expectations and we were able to create a little piece of paradise while in Santorini. It definitely served the purpose of our trip: to relax.
