Summary: The location is very nice. Right on the beach with a pool that looks over it. The beds were comfortable and good amount of room. As far as rooms go, it was a good one. My issue was the lack of customer service and the overall attitude of all the staff that work there. None of them seam to enjoy what they are doing or care about you as a guest. And good luck if you have any questions about their policies, they get defensive and attitudes come out. But honestly, it was like that everywhere I went in Ibiza, the people there just are not as friendly as the rest of Spain. Their pool closes at 7:30pm!! I couldn't believe it. This is Ibiza, known for their late nights. How does the pool close before the sun even goes down? It's crazy. Got attitude when I asked why they close it so early. Every place I have ever stayed, the pool closes around 9-10pm. Their WiFi in the room was absolutely horrible. We had to stand next to windows to get any type of service. But, if we were outside of the room or on the balcony, we had service (not very fast). It was annoying.
