Summary: Great hotel for exploring Oslo. BIG hotel (12 floors?) with a great staff. They have a fabulous buffet breakfast with several dining areas, the bed & bedding is excellnt, size of the room is good - and if you're lucky (or ask) one side of the hotel looks out over the river: beautiful! We stayed three different nights on our trip, would def stay again. One BIG plus: it is right on the tram line for the 12, 15, 18. That's super convenient: all three stop in front of the train station & on the hotel block, they go all over Oslo. Great brew pub across the street and river walks at your doorstep. Only small issue? WC is basic, shower stall a bit small for a 6'3" 250 lb man.
