Summary: My stay at the hotel was average overall. The property itself is in need of some updates—both the rooms and common areas feel a bit worn and dated. The rooms all have a damp smell from leaking AC units. Bathrooms definitely need updating. That said, the highlight of the stay was the service from a couple of standout staff members who went above and beyond to make things more pleasant. Kudos to ALEX and Miss Rosemary!! Their friendliness and professionalism really made a difference. While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from some renovations and attention to detail. I would probably only return as a last resort until improvements are made.
