Summary: If you are looking for super inexpensive, this is for you. For less than half the price of a downtown hotel, I stayed in a clean, quiet, everything-works motel. The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. So if working class neighborhood works for you and your budget is tight, my room came with free WiFi, fridge, microwave, TV screen. Free coffee in the morning. I'd stay there again.
