A 55" HD television is easily viewed from the gathering room, and the master bedroom includes a 43" HD TV. Both TV's have Satellite and DVD library. The living, dining, and master have direct access to the 2500 sq. ft. multi-level deck overlooking the river valley area and the Arkansas River. Perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. (Gas grill available) The kitchen has a French door, bottom freezer refrigerator with icemaker. Other amenities include coffeemaker, blender, toaster, popcorn popper, microwave, under counter 40 lb. icemaker, dishwasher, and electric range. Cookware, utensils, and dishes accommodate all guests. Master bath includes dressing area, claw foot tub, and multi-head shower. Second down stairs bath has shower tub with access from hall and king bedroom. Upstairs bath with shower is accessible from all sleeping areas. Hairdryers are furnished. Downstairs powder room is located near kitchen and gathering area. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
