Only a 10 minute drive to Vancouver Downtown, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 min walk to the skytrain, within walking distance of VanDusen Gardens and Queen Elizabeth Park. There is even a community center and shopping center all within a 15 minutes.

There are 3 large bedrooms (1 king 2 twins 1 single ) and 2 full bathrooms.
Enjoy the natural light-filled home or relax in the spacious backyard, cook in the fully supplied kitchen and fall asleep in the comfortable beds.
This is a trendy and fun neighborhood that has great walkability. There are playgrounds, parks, and coffee shops nearby. Wonderful small clothing stores that carry clothes of local designers and restaurants from various world cuisines from gourmet vegetarian to deluxe hamburger joints.
Close to Hillcrest Aquatic Centre one of the newest pools in Vancouver, in the same complex, there is an ice rink and fitness center. Queen Elizabeth Park with its marvelous gardens is within walking distance as well.
Great public transit is a short 2-block walk away.
