The space
From soft throw blankets, extra blankets provided, and relaxing warm and neutral colors throughout the home, you will find top to bottom organization in each room with thoughtful touches of abstract art, extra seating, and ceramic decor' pieces that create a sense of instant calming for hurried travelers who are ready to relax and unwind.
This Two-Story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials and a dining table. The backyard is fully enclosed with a low maintenance lawn that makes for a comfortable area for family & Friends should they accompany you on your travels.
Guest has access to Full House. The bed accommodation set up is as follows:

In the living area you can relax and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more with a password supplied for convenience.
This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, near Costco, Walmart, & Winco, plus several excellent restaurants, minutes from the home, and located within just a few miles of the year round festivities of the popular The Village in Meridian allowing easy access and quicker navigating through the Treasure Valley.
House Rules and Important Notices:
Parking: There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can park up to two (2) cars in the driveway, or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. Please abide by all local parking laws and avoid parking over any sidewalks as the city is known to cite for cars parked in a way that spills over from the driveway into blocking a sidewalk from normal use. No RV or Boat Parking please and No Garage access!
NO PET Policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it.
Smoking/Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and no pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
The home has an easy access coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. Please be mindful to our check-in and check-out times. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. Please call or text anytime for concerns or assistance.

The Village: Just a short drive from the home you can access Meridian’s popular Village where you’ll find beautiful waterfalls and light pathways as you explore shopping, dining and the Village Cinema that has VIP movies as well with balcony seating and dinner served right to your seat to enjoy during the movie. The Village hosts several events throughout the year. You can check their calendar for events happening during your stay as events and dates can change.
Examples are hosted story times for children, seasonal ice skating and visits from Santa Claus, the Easter bunny, dressed up Disney characters and more. Cinnaholic is also a Vegan option that is our personal favorite stop for gourmet and uniquely topped cinnamon rolls not to mention or favorite Coffee Shop Royal Coffee in the center of The Village. Some popular casual lunch spots are: Kona Grill, Calle 75 Street Tacos, Grimaldis Oven Baked Pizza, and also Lucky Fin Sushi, Red Robin, Ling & Louies, RAM, and Jakers Steakhouse are off of Eagle Road too.
Food & Grocery Shopping: On the Corner of Chinden and Linder - Five minutes from the Home there is Fred Meyers, Winco, Tavern Restaurant, Flat Bread, Homestead, Boise Fry Company, and more!
Favorite Boise Restaurants: Barbacoa or Ruth Chris’ Steakhouses, Izumi Japanese Steak House, and the Fork. In Eagle = Coyne’s Restaurant, and Crave Kitchen & Bar. or Ahi Sushi, Rice, Bardenay, and Rembrandts too.
Children & Family Fun: Settlers Park is a couple blocks away off of Ustick. The Children’s Museum of Idaho, Aquarium of Boise, Jump Time, Urban Air, Woodland Kids, Jabbers play center in Nampa, and Big Al’s Bowling and Arcade Games are amazing play centers for children to explore, learn, jump and play. Check out the Warhawk Museum in Nampa too.
Recreation: Discovery Park is a newly developed park in Meridian which spans 27 acres and includes a climbing wall modeled after Idaho topography, dual zip-lines, roller slides, a splash pad, reservable picnic tables and shelters, a large fenced off leash dog park, sand and water play areas and more. Settlers Park is close to this home too, and 10 minutes down Linder, go North, towards 44 is Eagle Island that has a water park, summer floating, and in the Winter the infamous Tubing too.
Family Attraction: Roaring Springs is a decked out water park opened during summertime months with slides, rides, wave pools, swimming and attractions for every age. Right next door to the water park is Wahooz Family Entertainment center with laser tag, indoor ropes courses, virtual reality and arcade games, bumper cars, outdoor mini golf and bumper boats and so much more. Great for family get togethers and fun!
