Summary: The hotel was great. The service is excellent. The gentleman specifically helped us with guiding the local itinerary - really great. He also got the hotel connected with us on Whatsapp so that we could real-time contact for travel tips and restaurant recommendations if required. Few issues through on why the rating is not 5 star. The main one is related to the type of room - we specifically asked and paid additional for Mountain View. But we were given the City view. They said that this is the only room available. Bathroom does not have power outlets for charging bathroom devices. The spray wasn't working. Bathroom was spacious but the shower stall was very small - would have like more space in the shower stall. Lighiting in the bathroom wasn't enough for proper makeup / shaving. The dry sauna facility on the lower facility is excellent. Even though the hotel has parking, parking the car is a real challenge. There is hardly any space between cars. The gentleman at the counter helps with parking your car. But if he is not available then it is a challenge.
