Positive: The location
Negative: The torch which was given for emergency wasn’t working. It was raining and I had to call the staff in the middle of the night but no one responded. It was scary to go alone when no one is nearby (not even the camps near to you had guests). The service was worst in entire Tanzania trip. During breakfast and dinner buffet, the food was finished and they didn’t even bother to refill it . I had to again and again tell them to please refill. They had no water in the buffet which is very important. We had to buy bottles. What’s the use of taking buffet and paying so much money then.
Summary: Location was good but the staff sucks and the service is poor.
