This single-family, 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom Cape Cod is located in the greater Boston area in the charming suburb of the historic town of Stoneham, founded in 1725, lined with victorian homes, a Town Center park lined with street lamps and park benches, locally-owned restaurants, a post office and library all within walking distance from this home. The home offers off-street-parking (a bonus in Boston) and a fenced yard for your four-legged traveler. Bring your car or rent the one optionally available with the home and you will certainly get the most of your stay.
An assortment of restaurants with different venues are a block or two away as is a grocery store and Walgreens. Public transportation includes a bus stop that is walking distance from the home where you can hop onto the train for a quick commute into the city. Boston Logan Airport is a 20 minute commute by car.
