Break free from the everyday hustle with a relaxing vacay at Sweet Retreat! This beautiful chalet is just minutes from the action of Deep Creek but nestled in a quiet, private community, up against the forest line. Have full access to the private catch and release pond and a short drive to the shores of Deep Creek Lake and the majestic slopes of the Wisp Resort. Enjoy the incredible sunset and evening views of the alluring mountainside and ski slope lights. This truly is a "Sweet Retreat."
The space
This home is a great family or couples' romantic getaway with beautiful sunsets, high-speed WiFi, cable tv, and a hot tub. Sweet Retreat is located just outside of WISP Resort, near all of the hot spots that Deep Creek and Wisp Resort has to offer. Thanks to the great room's large picture windows, you can enjoy the incredible views of the surrounding ski slopes from the spacious patio deck or take in a fabulous mountainside, sunset picture from the comfort of inside the home. This home also offers a community catch and release fishing pond. "Important Note" : Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Airbnb adds a service fee and the required MD State Occupancy Tax to your reservation. Standard check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Other things to note
We provide bed linen, 6 sets of bath towels, two kitchen dish towels, a roll of paper towels, a roll of TP and hand soap in each bathroom. Our housekeeper leaves a little dish soap, automatic dish soap, and sometimes laundry detergent. You will need to bring your own beach towels and toiletries. We have a single k-cup coffeemaker. Please bring your own coffee k-cups and condiments. You may want to bring extra 2 or 3 garbage bags as our housekeeper provides only 1 or 2 large black bags for trash. Beds will be made up with linens upon your arrival. We ask that guests remove the bed linens, if used, and place them at the foot of the bed at the end of your stay. We have snow removal for the driveway, but guests will be required to shovel snow to clear paths on sidewalks and patio during their stay with the shovels that are provided. There are smoke alarms in all levels of the house. Please "DO NOT SMOKE" anything. Our cleaning agency will notify us if the home smells like cigarettes or weed, and we will hold the deposit until the home is deodorized completely at guest's expense.
