Positive: This is a big and comfortable apartment. It’s fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and even laundry detergent provided. With air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. The two large terraces had amazing views of the countryside and sunset. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We stayed for four nights, it’s great for longer stays, as it has everything you need. Wi-Fi worked great throughout the apartment, except in the bedroom, where it kept disconnecting despite a Wi-Fi extender, possibly an issue with the device, but it was just a minor thing.

Negative: 1. The first downside was the experience with the agency managing the apartment. While communication before arrival was good, on the check-in day I waited over two hours for a response to some questions I had prior to check-in. I had to call them, which led to unexpected roaming charges. We also had trouble with the key lock, and although the agent said they’d help via WhatsApp after asking for a photo, they never followed up. Thankfully, we figured it out ourselves. The main door is also tricky to open from both sides, which was never mentioned, we saw it from the reviews. When we arrived at the apartment, the agent told me the apartment isn’t ready yet because housekeeping was still there, but we were already there, it was clean and no one was inside. I’m not sure what went wrong that day for this miscommunication, but the check-in process was definitely frustrating. 2. As for cleanliness, while the apartment was generally tidy, some kitchen dishes were greasy and clearly not washed, and there was even a dead bug in one of the drawers. But definitely the biggest issue was cockroaches coming out of the bathroom every night. I've stayed in many apartments for holidays and never experienced this, especially not repeatedly. For an apartment priced at nearly €100 per night before discounts, I believe more could be done, whether through stronger cleaning methods or better pest control. 3. The door to the small toilet was getting stuck from the inside, and if no one is around to help from the outside, you're locked in. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and it’s something that could really ruin someone's day or even their holiday.
