This property is unique, as it features a large, spacious main home that is in a very central location, but very quiet and peaceful 7 acre lot. The main home has two master suites and can sleep 10 adults with the current set up, with the option to add two queen beds for additional guests (kids playroom and nursery will be converted to bedrooms w/ beds at request only). There is a very large detached pool-house with a vast array of amenities and another bedroom suite, that can sleep an additional 2-3 guests, with a bedroom (queen bed and full futon), pool-table, kitchenette, private bathroom, and home gym equipment.
The back yard is the highlight of the property! There is a beautiful rock water feature by the pool, a very large L shaped pool, an outdoor couch sitting area with firepit under the pergola, 4 comfortable lounge chairs for suntanning, a stationary large umbrella for shade, and two side-tables with coolers to keep your drinks ice cold. The perfect backyard to relax after a long day on the course.There are smart TVs located in the living room, master suites, and pool house. The home is equipped with free, fast Wifi. You will not be disappointed in this property!
