We have a very beautiful house available for rent for this winter and also for the 2021 season (6 Months)
The villa is detached with 3 bedrooms (Possible 4th bedroom in the conservatory), beautiful landscaped gardens and a swimming pool with barbecue area & outdoor shower.
There are spectacular views of the sunset and most of San Antonio Bay.
The master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom have en-suite bathrooms and a private patio.
This winter is ideal for yoga retreats (There is a very large roof terrace with incredible views) or for families who want a sunny winter abroad.
Available from 1st October. Winter (€ 3.000 / month) and for the 2021 season (6 months @ € 6.500) [€ 39.000]
Located on a nice quiet and private street. 10 minutes from San Antonio and San Jose.
The villa has recently been painted bright white with splashes of purple around the pool area.
As you can see from the photos, there is plenty of outdoor space, including a private courtyard, ornate barbecue and outdoor bathroom for the pool area.
