A beautiful modern beach villa with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and all the way to the African coast in the immediate vicinity of the Roman tower of El Velerin, on the New Golden Mile, a short drive (8km) from Puerto Banus.
This stunning villa is in a unique seafront location, the major extensive garden has direct beach access and offers complete privacy. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and a chill-out area, a perfect place and entertain guests.
The property has just been extensively renovated with great attention to detail - inside and outdoors, very beautifully and is tastefully furnished to a very high standard.
A truly unique property and a wonderful holiday home!
The 8000 sqm2 gardens surrounding the house is perfectly landscaped and lovingly tended by the in-house gardener. Immediately upon entering the property, one follows the gently curving driveway through the garden to the house. At the front to the south of the property, towards the beach and the sea, one finds a flat meadow plot, with numerous tropical plants defining the boundaries, a large outdoor pool, and a generous area for sunbathing - all facing south. Scattered around the property - always with direct sea views - are numerous dining, sunning, and relaxation areas and roof terraces. A long divisible dining table on the terrace is ideal for festive meals in large groups. Next to the pool, you can enjoy sundowners at the bar and the in-house chiringuito invites you to a BBQ.
The driveway to the property is right on the coastal road - but once you're inside or on the seaside, you won't hear the traffic. A sound barrier has been applied for - waiting for approval. Parking plus a small garage is available for several cars.
House Description:
From the entrance hall with a high domed ceiling, a staircase leads down to the in-house bodega.
To the right, you enter bedroom (1) with an en-suite shower room. Next to this is a guest WC. The door next to it goes through the sideboard to the large, new, modern, perfectly equipped kitchen with a large pantry. From the kitchen, you enter the patio, where small tables invite you to have breakfast. From there a staircase leads up to a roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea, the coast, Gibraltar, and Africa.
Connected to the kitchen to the northwest is another bedroom (2) with a shower room.
The entrance hall leads to the large living and dining area with direct access to the terrace with open sea views. From the dining area, a side door leads to the kitchen sideboard, which in turn leads to the kitchen. Perfect for serving.
Next to the dining area is a bedroom (3) with an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace/garden with sea views.
The terrace has two large comfortable seating areas in addition to the long dining table. Everything offers plenty of space for a large group. But it is also very suitable for a small group of people.
The modern and comfortably furnished living area offers sofas, further seating, a TV system, and a fireplace (decoration only).
From the living room, there is another bedroom (4) facing southeast with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and sea view. Access to the garden here is directly from the bathroom to the east.
To the left of this, to the northeast, is a bedroom (5) with a dressing room and en-suite shower room with access to the garden to the east.
Bedroom (6) is accessed either through bedroom (5) or through its own entrance. Bedroom (6) has direct sea views and access to its own terrace and garden. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Bedrooms (5) and (6 ) can both be reached via a separate entrance at the front of the house.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a further
Bedroom (7) with garden and sea view and terrace with sun loungers. This room has an outside shower but no WC.
Bedroom (8) is separate and has no connection to the house but its own entrance, next to the large laundry room (equipped with 2 new Miele washing machines and tumble dryer) on the right side of the house. It is the smallest room, also with an en-suite shower room and with a sea view and access to the garden.
The entire house has been completely refurbished. All the outdoor furniture and much of the indoor furniture, carpets, the TV sets, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, decoration and accessories, and all the kitchen with kitchen equipment - everything is new.
All bathrooms have underfloor heating...,
All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and WLAN, a safe, and a minibar.
Fluffy bathrobes are available to all guests.
