The Space:
Gather all your loved ones and get ready for an unforgettable mountain vacation in this spacious home that can accommodate up to 12 comfortably. This home is filled with natural light and features three levels of living space filled with 6 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms in separate areas of the home, 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an open dining and kitchen area, and a large private deck with a hot tub.
Guests will enter the home via the ground floor main foyer where you will arrive at a tiled entryway and hallway that features bench seating, coat racks, and built-in cabinets for ample storage space to unload your outdoor gear. Off the hallway, you will find a door that leads into the garage as well as a set of stairs leading to the basement level of the home.
Through the entryway is the bright open living room, a dynamic space with gorgeous views over the surrounding trees. The living room provides two different seating areas and several entertainment options giving your group plenty of space to relax together. Situated around a Samsung curve 80” TV is a large sectional and two matching chairs, while on the other side of the room perfectly situated underneath the sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows is a second seating area complete with a spacious couch and two chairs. This space is perfect for those snowy days to sit with something warm to drink and watch the snow trickle down. For those in the group looking for a bit of entertainment try out a game of foosball on the foosball table, check out the books and games on the bookshelves, or bust out some tunes on the piano. From the living room, you can access the large outdoor deck where you will find a private hot tub, a metal patio lounger, and an outdoor wood table with seating for 6.
Off the living room, you will find the open-space dining room and kitchen, a beautiful space with a wall of windows bringing in an abundance of natural light and access to the outdoor deck. Enjoy a meal at the large dining room table with seating for 8, or grab a snack at the kitchen bar where you will find additional seating for four. The lovely fully equipped kitchen features all-white cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances including a Wolf stove/oven, and a connected walk-in pantry for extra storage space. Off this area, you will find a powder room for shared use, an additional entryway, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, sink, cabinet, and counter space.
In the dining area, you will find a set of stairs leading up to one of the master bedrooms. The bedroom is the only space in this part of the home and features a large window overlooking the surrounding trees, peaked ceilings, a king-size bed, a natural gas fireplace, a 40” TV, a dresser, and a couch and chair for additional seating. If you are in the mood for a workout this room also features a treadmill for guest use.
