The complete remodel was carefully crafted to instill modern comforts and upgrades, while maintaining the beautiful charm of the home.
The home has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. This home has the feel of 2 separate condos, but it's one house. It allows individual privacy, while being spacious enough for all guests to gather comfortably.
Guests will find all 6 bedrooms have plush pillow top mattresses on all the beds. Three of the Bedrooms have a comfy King Size Bed. The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen Bed. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 full bathroom on the main floor. Guests will find the same on the lower level.
Enjoy the benefits of a second fully stocked kitchen. Meal preparation is so much easier when you have double the appliances to cater to your needs.
The upstairs main floor dining table seats 6 guests and the lower level dining area seats 8 guests.
SMART TV or TV with streaming devices are provided for your stay, please feel free to sign into our personal streaming provider of your choice. Three TVs Total. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on 43" and 55" screens.
Energy efficient washer, dryer, and detergent are on site for your convenience.
Outdoors, guests will find the home is fully landscaped with lush new sod in both the front and spacious backyard. The new redwood pergola is strung with cozy outdoor lighting. Grill on the BBQ while you dine on one of two patio dining sets.
KID FRIENDLY:
A Chico Pack and Play, a booster high chair attachment, children plates & bowls, toys, games, and other kid friendly items are ready for your stay.
LOCATION:
The home is a great base location to many top attractions in the metro and regional area. Whether you plan to visit shopping malls, attend a concert at Red Rocks, partake in a quick hike, make a splash at the nation's biggest water park Water World, or just visit Denver's bustling Downtown, you'll find the location of the home makes it easy to get there. Just minutes to I-25, providing easy access I-70. For the skiers and snowboarders I-70 will get you to Colorado's best ski resorts and mountain towns!
We're in the city! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas, pharmacy, and banks are all just 2 minutes away.
Another great perk to the location is the PUBLIC recreation center and park are both just 6 minutes away as well. Please review Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center's website for updates and information on their reasonable public rates.
At the recreation center you will find an indoor swimming facility that features a wave pool, a swirl slide, and a lazy river! Work-out in the center's fully equipped gym, play basketball in the gymnasium, or Pickleball on the courts.
The park itself is one of the best in town! It has lovely walking trails along the lake, a boathouse to rent paddle boats, tennis courts, skate park, basketball court, a carousel, and a fantastic playground!
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to the entire property. We have 2 small cleaning closet that are utilized for the cleaner's bulk cleaning products, please do not access or tamper with the locks. Guests will be charged should anything be missing.
GUEST INTERACTION:
Please help treat the home as if it were your own. No smoking in the property. Any remnants of smoke in the home will result in a deodorizing and deep cleaning fee. Please only smoke OUTDOORS. As a courtesy for the next guest, we ask all guests not smoke on the day of departure.
No additional guest(s) without host approval. We have happily hosted many groups including many respectable bachelor and bachelorette groups. We are located in a very family friendly neighborhood. No parties and No events.
