Le Nao is a superb apartment of 55 m², located in an old building in the heart of Nantes.The apartment has beautiful volumes and a modern and warm decoration. The Nao can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers. Note that this dwelling is eligible for the mobility lease.
Entirely renovated at the beginning of 2019, it has nevertheless kept the charm of its origins : high ceilings in the living room, with original mansards and terracotta tiles. It is important to note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and that some doorways will require you to lower your head for the older ones.
The Nao has :
-a beautiful living room with open kitchen, dining room and lounge area. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals : fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and traditional coffee machines as well as many kitchen utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a table to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere.
-a living room area with a sofa, a flat screen television and a WIFI connection.
-two rooms equipped with double beds (160x200 cm). The first one has a large closet with wardrobe and lockers. The other has a small rack and several lockers.
-a spacious shower room with a large shower and hanging toilet.
For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a clothes line as well as an iron and its table.

The accommodation Le Nao is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
Neighbourhood and transport
In the heart of Nantes but in a quiet area called "L'île Feydeau" (because it used to be an island), you will be a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. You will be spoilt for choice to stroll around and visit the most beautiful monuments (the superb Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Place Royale and its pretty fountain or the Place Graslin and its famous theatre). Les Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, is 4 tram stops away (1. 5 km). Convention City's a mile away.
On the transport side, the three tramway lines are within walking distance as well as many bus lines with the "Commerce" bus/tram stop.
You are 5 minutes by tramway from the Nantes train station (stops "Bouffay" or "Commerce").
To the airport, it takes about 20 minutes from the train station with the dedicated shuttle bus.
By car: you can use the underground parking "Feydeau" 100 m away or the outdoor parking on Gloriette Island.
You can also choose the self-service bicycles "Les Bicloos" (a station is 2 min away from the apartment).
