Welcome to this nice house in Svartsjö on Färingsö in Ekerö municipality. The house is located in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests but also close to Stockholm with everything the big city has to offer. The owner also rents out the neighboring house, cabin no. 52699, which is about 60 m from this house and it is fine to rent both if you are, for example, a larger group. The house was built in 2009 and contains a generous living room with open plan to the well-equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa group and either the sofa is a sofa bed for two people or there is a bed cabinet for two people. There are two bedrooms and in one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other a single bed. The bathroom is fresh with new appliances. From the living room you go out onto the balcony where you can enjoy delicious barbecue dinners and look out over the beautiful landscape. There is also an electric charging box that you can use. The owner has an adjacent horse farm and it is possible to bring your own horse after consultation with the owner. In this house you will find peace and quiet in a scenic and stress-relieving environment, while still being close to the big city. There are two other houses on the plot and one of them is rented out via Stugsommar. Here you can feel private and have the opportunity to relax in peace and enjoy the beautiful nature with proximity to the forest. There are many nice paths and plenty of mushrooms and berries in the immediate area. Ekerö consists of 140 islands, cobbles and skerries and there are many nice bathing spots nearby, including Stockbybadet in Stenhammar and Karlskärsbadet. The Mälar Islands are one of the last areas of untouched countryside in the absolute vicinity of Stockholm. Fertility and plant vigor are good here and there are many fine commercial gardens/greenhouses with summer restaurants and cafes to visit such as Juntras, Gustavhills commercial gardens or the Äppelfabriken. Also, don't miss exploring the rest of Ekerö, such as the beautiful Drottningholm Castle or Svartsjö Castle. There are also many cultural heritage sites and ancient relics here, and please visit the Viking town of Birka, which is located on the island of Björkö in Mälaren. If you want to play golf or horse riding, there are good opportunities for that too. Enjoy your holiday and all the wonderful experiences that are available in the surrounding area.
