Walk to the beach club instead of having to wait for the beach trolley!
Background: As of 2018, Sea Pines has stopped allowing guests to park at the beach club. Instead, guests must drive to a parking lot, unload all of their beach stuff, and take a trolley to the beach club. Then the same process to return home.
Keep your vacation simple by just walking instead! We are a 5 minute walk to the beach club and the rental includes use of beach cart, umbrella, beach toys, body boards, and much more!
Newly renovated inside and out! Closest Lighthouse Rd Villa to the Sea Pines Beach Club! 5 minute walk, 2 minute bike ride. Bike trail is across the street and there is a trolley stop close by. Pool just steps out the back door. The pool is open from March 15th through October 15th and is heated when necessary.
Open and bright in a great location! This privately owned three bedroom, two bath villa sits on the Ocean Golf Course. The master bedroom on the main floor features a king size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms have hardwood floors; one has a queen size bed and the other two twins.
After a day at the beach, relax in the site semi private pool just steps out the back door. The pool is open from March 15th through October 15th and is heated when necessary. It is shared between the 9 units in our neighborhood.
Amenities include four HD televisions (two with free Netflix), high-speed internet, WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeps 8 comfortably. Sleeper sofa in Carolina room is very comfortable (not a pull out bed), and the doors to the Carolina room can be closed for privacy.
The Sea Pines amenities include three amazing golf courses, many tennis courts, horse back riding, biking, and so much more.
This villa is perfect for a girls or guys trip, family vacation, or any other excuse to come to beautiful Hilton Head Island. We hope you will come and create great memories in our new villa.
