Summary: We stayed here in preparation for the Super bowl weekend. The unit is above a few businesses and is in between Power and Light and Crown Center/Union Station. Before our arrival time, we did not receive any arrival instructions, I had to reach out to the listing person, and did receive a response within the hour. It was basically the code, nothing else. After we arrived, the unit was not cleaned, beds were not made, etc. Again, reached out to the POC, and was able to get someone to the unit within 30 minutes, we were already setting up for family to arrive, so that was a little awkward. I also had to send a separate message to gain WIFI details. Pro's: The industrial vibe for the unit was AMAZING. The rooftop deck was spectacular. Bathrooms were spa like with functionality. Fans galore if you need them! Cons: Leaky kitchen sink, no cool water, hot only no matter how you turn it. In the description it said 4 single beds in the 2nd bedroom but really they put a futon in the laundry room which is within the 2nd bedroom. Then a full/queen and a day bed with trundle in that room. TV service was an issue we tried logging into our streaming sites but kept getting blocked. Overall, for a quick 2 night home away from home it worked better for us than hotel rooms. I loved the vibe, and now that I know the layout of the beds, can easily make it work again.
