If you feel like exploring a little, it’s just a short drive to Landrum’s charming downtown area with shops, restaurants, and more.
This home features clean, modern decor with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With 5 bedrooms (2 master suites on the upper level), 3 smart TV’s, a large kitchen with plenty of seating, a kitchenette on the lower level and two large living rooms; this home is well appointed and offers plenty of space for entertaining. Perfect for large families, friend groups, or reunions! Kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for cooking all of your favorite meals. Enjoy the great outdoor space including a deck for relaxing overlooking the large salt water pool, and a walkout basement with a grilling area, to really bring family and friends together. BBQ’s, salt water, sun, and beautiful mountain views make for the perfect combination to create memories.
There is 1 RV hookup with 50 amp, sewer and water on the property for $50 more per night.
In the winter, early spring and late fall, the pool can be heated for a fee of $40 per day with a $75 minimum.

Summary: I selected this house to accommodate my friends and family as they helped me celebrate my graduation weekend. The house was BEAUTIFUL and Spotless. There was an abundance of towels, linens, cookware, space, and etc. My guest and myself truly enjoyed our stay. Christina was a great and responsive host. The only thing that gave us a little trouble, was the internet service. It took a moment (hours) to connect but we could mirror our cellphones to the TV. The next day, everything seemed to be working. We attempted to light the fireplace upstairs but didn't spend too much time trying to figure it out as the heater in the basement worked fine. As stated before, the house is very pleasant, you won't be disappointed.
