The Space:
Downstairs features a living/dining room area with a 55" SMART TV, spacious kitchen with a huge island, family room equipped with a 65" SMART TV, a bedroom, and a full bathroom.
Upstairs features a loft-style game room with ping-pong table, foosball table, Smart TV, board games, daybed, and seating areas.
It also boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a master suite.
The luscious backyard surrounded by nature has outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill.
Guest Access:
Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the backyard.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 4 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the sidewalk.
Garage is not available for parking.

Getting Around:
I'd highly recommend a car to get around the area.
There is a limit of 3 cars. If you have additional cars, you would need to park in a different neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 people or pets would require an extra charge of $40 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head (2x the normal charge).
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-8AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors before going to bed or leaving the home.
