If you are looking to get away from it all, this is it! This home was built in 2006 and is beautifully furnished. It has 4 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, which is hard to find in the area. The home has a rec room with a pool table and games. The outdoor space features a hot tub and large deck space. There is a charcoal grill and a gas grill, along with a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. This home is a 15 minute drive from Lake Logan State Park and from Old Man's Cave. It is 5 miles from a zip line attraction.

*Kitchen Seating: The kitchen table seats 4. There are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. Additionally, there is a fold-up table stored in the basement.
*Firewood is provided.
*The basement gets cold. Bring extra blankets if you feel you may need them.
*ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! This is a strict rule and is in place to keep the furniture in good condition, to maintain the cleanliness of the home, and to protect guests with pet allergies. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your deposit. You may also be asked to leave the home if it’s discovered that you have brought a pet. There are a number of pet-friendly homes in the area. Please search for those if you want to bring pets.
*Please note that 4-wheel drive is recommended. It is absolutely necessary if there is snow/ice. Without it, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get up the driveway. The driveway is steep. It is challenging to maintain and we do our best. Most people have no issues, but we do want you to be aware of this prior to your arrival.
*We do have a security system at our property for the safety of our family and our guests. This system includes 2 outdoor security cameras, which are visible to our guests. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
*Max number of adults is 8. We allow up to 10 guests if there are kids. Violation of this rule will result in immediate loss of deposit. If you bring more than the number of guests permitted, we can request that your group leave the property. Please don’t send reservation requests, asking to bring additional guests beyond what we allow.
*If you are planning a hunting trip, please let us know that prior to booking. We will need to more thoroughly discuss rules with your group.
*No fireworks allowed on property for safety.
*No ATVs are to be used on our property.
*We do not provide paper products (toilet paper, etc) or cleaning supplies.
