Our home boasts a spacious and inviting main living area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The open concept design allows for easy flow and conversation, while the comfortable seating and large windows provide plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or catching up on work. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and snacks, with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a weekend getaway, you'll love the comfort and style of our main living area.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king size beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. The upstairs bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment. The beautifully-decorated rooms are filled with natural light during the day and are warmly lit at night and offer ample storage space for you to unpack and settle into your stay. The basement includes a pull-out sofa sleeper for additional guests.
A modern full bathroom caters well to the bedrooms with its convenient location just off the main bedrooms and living area. Both bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Stocked with fresh towels and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Our home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
A fully finished basement offers a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living area and is perfect for accommodating with a show or movie on the flat-screen TV. The basement provides a separate space that offers privacy and relaxation for your guests. It's a perfect spot for families traveling with children or additional guests needing a private space.
Just off the basement living area we have a unique and fun addition to your stay: This garage space has been transformed into a fun and entertaining area for the whole family to enjoy. The game room features a shuffle board, wall scrabble, wall checkers and a small 32-inch TV. It's a great way to spend time with your loved ones and create lasting memories. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress, and we plan to add more games and features to make your experience even more enjoyable. We hope you take advantage of this special feature during your stay, and have a great time playing and relaxing in the game room.
Our home is yours to enjoy during your stay, and you will have access to the entire house and backyard. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will have the entire house to yourselves, and can make yourself at home.
For parking, we have space for one car in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.
Regarding check-in, we are equipped with a digital door lock for your convenience. You will receive a customized door code prior to check-in, which will allow you to easily access the property at your scheduled arrival time. You do not have to worry about carrying keys or coordinating key exchange. And you will have a smooth check-in experience.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you abide by the following house rules during your stay:
•No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. If smoking occurs inside the property, guests will be charged a cleaning fee.
• No pets are allowed inside the property. If pets are found inside the property, guests will be charged a cleaning fee.
• No parties or events are allowed on the property. Guests will be charged a fee and will be asked to leave the property if found to be hosting a party or event.
• Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly in the evenings and overnight.

Our check out instructions are as follows: Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.
1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.
2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.
3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry room. Start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.
Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.
Our home is located on the Main Street in the desirable Perry district of Spokane, which is a bustling and vibrant area. While this location offers easy access to the best restaurants, shops, and parks in the neighborhood, please note that there may be some potential for noise due to the location of the house on the Main Street. The house is situated on a busy street which means that street noise is to be expected, particularly during peak hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you still have a great stay in our vacation home.
Please note: a $1000.00 Damage deposit holding fee will be charged 1 day prior to check out. You will be charged for any damages that have occurred and or items that need fixed or replaced. If no damage has occurred and items are left in great condition your funds will be released.
