Welaka is known as the bass-fishing capital of the world. This 3/2 condominium is on the 1st floor offering a view of the St. John's River and dramatic sunsets. This 4 building complex has a beautiful waterfront pool. Sip cocktails by the pool and watch the sunset. Several natural springs (Silver Glen, Lake George and Salt Springs) are close by. Private dock and boatslip.
