Quiet neighborhood. New furniture and appliances. Master bedroom-King sized bed. Room 1-Queen sized bed. Room 2-Double bed. Pack N’ Play and booster feeding infant seat available. All three mattresses are Gel Super Luxe mattress. Ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. Free parking available in the garage or driveway. Cooking & eating utensils available and coffee grinder.
Home is 1,133sqft with bricks fenced backyard. Patio chairs available in the backyard and private parking in the garage or driveway. All bedding has mattress and pillow protector covers. $100 a night per person will be charged for additional guests above the maximum of six.
Big refrigerator for family groceries.
Gas stations, grocery stores-Frys and Safeway, retail stores, restaurants are less than two minutes drive. Tucson Mall is about 20 minute drive. The movie theater is also 20 minute drive. Northwest medical center, Banner University Medical Center, and Carondelet St Joseph’s Hospitals all less than five miles away. Safe neighborhood with .MT. view, Gas stations,& grocery stores are w/in walking distance.

Summary: The house was exactly as pictured. It did look as though the cleaning person had not finished their job, as cleaning supplies and rags were left near the showers in both bathrooms. There were no towels in the main bathroom. We located some in the second Bathroom closet. In an email we received after checking in, we were advised that there was a leak in the main bathroom sink. It was more than a leak. Any water run in the sink ran right out under the bowl. The sink was unusable unless we continually emptied the dish pan under to catch the water. Thankfully, we were able to use the other bathroom sink. She did text to see if a plumber could enter the house and repair the leak. We requested that no one enter while we were not there since our personal property and computer were in the house and we would not be at the house. She did abide by our request. The sheets and towels had a strange odor, which we figured was due to the laundry detergent used. We found out otherwise when we attempted to do a load of laundry the night before we left. When opening the washer, a strong odor was detected. We checked the machine and found black mold and slimy gray material in the seal of the washer. We cleaned it the best we could, but failed to get it clean enough to use without the proper cleaning agents. Obviously the odor in the linens and towels was due to the mold they had been laundered in. This is a health issue that needs addressing. We only slept in the house and had breakfast
