Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom home, located just a short drive away from the bustling West Edmonton Mall! Our home is perfect for families or groups looking to experience all that Edmonton has to offer.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxation after a day of shopping or sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, microwave, and stove.
Each of the 2 bedrooms features a comfortable queen size bed. The smallest room has a double size bed. There are plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, and there is a shared full bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
Outside, you'll find a charming backyard and a seating area, perfect for summer evenings.
There is also 2 car drive way parking for your use.

This peaceful home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM.

✦ ONLY the original group of people indicated in the reservation will be accepted. If you would like to have a visitor to the listing, for safety and security purposes, I require notification of, and PRIOR consent for, any additional visitors to the property.
✦ Any additional people that arrive without prior permission from the host may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and/or include an additional charge of $100 per unregistered person, regardless of how long they are at the property.
