Positive: Size of the house accommodated our family. short driving distance to get to Beach
Negative: I called a few days prior concerned about some of the reviews and the representative from Vacasa that I spoke with. Unfortunately I did not get her name was very rude and dismissed it with all our homes are cleaned to Vacasa standards. When we arrived, nobody was there, so we went to go pick up the keys in hopes to get in early. They said the house needed to be inspected for cleanliness and will call us when we’re able to get in. We received a call at 3:30 that we were able to go in so naturally, I expected no problems. As soon as you walked in the counters with dirty stains of food on the bottoms of the counters, coffee center had coffee, grinds, and stains that were not cleaned up so before my family arrived I wound up doing a cleaning myself. I had mentioned it to them. They said they would send somebody over I said too late did it all myself. I feel if you are the homeowner and you’re not fully present you should be aware that they’re not cleaning properly maybe towards the tail end of the summer they don’t pay attention to detail.
Summary: Enjoyed my time with my family.
