Summary: We had a lovely stay overall. The location is absolutely amazing — close to everything and with fantastic views. The space itself is very spacious, full of charm, and the rooftop terrace is truly epic. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. That said, the property could use a bit more maintenance. The showerhead was loose and leaky, and the outdoor seat cushions were unfortunately quite dirty and ripped, which took away from the otherwise beautiful terrace experience. It was also a bit inconvenient that some of the appliances were EU versions while the plugs were UK — we had to keep swapping our kettle and iron using one adapter. For something described as a “penthouse,” we expected these small details to be better thought out
