The sea and its creeks is 75 minutes by car. Several well-appointed bodies of water within 15 minutes by car.
The 170 m2 accommodation is on a raised level in a villa of 300m2 in total on a private and secure plot of more than 3000m2 with video surveillance, remote-controlled gate, parking for 2 cars (maximum) in addition to a closed garage (bikers welcome).
Large 5x10m pool with 2.1m deep area, heated from May 1 to September 30 and lit with large beaches for sunbathing and parasols. Alarm security system compliant with the standard. Low skilled swimmers and notably children remain under the responsibility of adults and/or their parents.

Second separate entrance leading to 2 adjoining air-conditioned bedrooms of 12m2 and 11m2, one with a 160cm bed, TV (42i, 106cm) and closet and extra bed on request, the other with a 140cm bed and baby on request and which has a charming private secure terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
New 5m2 shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor common to the 3 bedrooms and from the living room (access isolated by a door).
Very large living room of 50m2, air-conditioned with fireplace, very large TV (65i, 165cm with sound bar), HiFi system, carefully furnished and decorated, with 2 sofas convertible into very comfortable beds of 160x200 size.
Large new kitchen of 17m2 ultra modern with induction table, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, American type refrigerator with water / ice distribution. Nespresso food processor and coffee machine (spare capsules to be provided).
Store room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Linens, sheets and tea towels provided. End of rental cleaning included (check your quote)

Ethernet and WiFi connectivity throughout the accommodation including outside. TV with free Netflix account.
The co-owner lives in separate accommodation to welcome you and guide you in all your ballad projects in the surrounding heights, the bike circuits, the Provencal markets of Forcalquier, Villeneuve and Mane, the restaurants of Manosque, the tourist discoveries towards the immense lavender fields and in the Gorges du Verdon (Moustiers 40 minutes away).
Sleeping capacity of 6 (in 3 separate bedrooms) +2 people (160x200 sofa bed in the living room). 90cm mattress extra (movable). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Possibility to rent by the day with a minimum of 3 nights in a suite in the low season and 4 nights in a suite in the middle season. Weekly rental only in high season with decreasing prices the second week.
Exclusivity possible of the swimming pool on request (if the reservation is sufficiently early before the season) and with supplement.
