Long term hosts - owners and occupants in this multi-family home! Two bedroom apartment located in a safe neighborhood, close to Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Sullivan Square MBTA and Assembly Square Marketplace. You will have easy access to public transportation or you can drive your own car. Off-street parking in our driveway! This is a great location for quick access to the sites of Boston (i.e Fanueil Hall, the Aquarium, Science Museum, USS Constitution. Great for couples, business travelers, or families.

"We stayed in this apartment for a week-long family vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Great location - the walk to the T stop was 10-15 minutes and we barely used our car for the duration of the trip. The off street parking was a huge bonus. Living room area was small, but we weren't there to watch TV! Owners were very pleasant and responsive. Would absolutely re-book this property.

Summary: Our family — two teen boys, my husband and I — stayed for three nights while we visited Boston schools. The apartment was no frills. Yet, it was also perfectly sufficient and had some nice little perks like snacks on arrival. The major drawback for me was that the layout didn’t allow for much family hangout space and only two of us could fit in the tv room at once. Check in was easy and the hosts very nice. Parking was a big plus for us. Note: there are a lot of stairs, so don’t stay if you have accessibility issues. Also, the neighborhood was very residential and quiet — which was nice, but this is not a place for you if you are looking to be close to the action.
