Positive: The house was good, enough bedrooms for 5 of us. The kitchen/ dinning room is the best part of the house its spacious and light and is the room we stayed in all the time. Bedrooms good size, one with ensuite

Negative: Garden needs some tlc Agreed to a late check-in but got no response from hosts on ask for later check-out. Location is in a lovely village, but not close to Cartmell as described, especially on race days when taxi's are hard to find
