Our home is located in the Finger Lakes Region of Western, N.Y. with breathtaking lake views on an expansive 52 acre property of Woodlands, 2 ponds & Hiking Trails. Nature is abundant!
Queens View is now a 3 Season Destination. Open April 1st - December 1st. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, viewing wildlife, biking, fishing, ziplining, skiing and snowboarding.
A Four Wheel / ALL Wheel Drive Vehicle is mandatory in any snowy weather and snow tires with tread. "And Sense Of Adventure Would Be A Plus"~ quoted from our favorite plow guy!
* THE LAND
A long tree lined driveway leads you to this secluded home settled high above beautiful Canadice Lake. Surrounded by Woodlands, 2 spring fed ponds, hiking trails, wildlife abounds in this natural setting with stunning views from every direction.
*THE HOUSE
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with a Full Private Bathroom and Washer/Dryer Room attached. 2nd Bedroom & another full Bathroom.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and entertainment needs. The Dining Room has a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.
The Great Room has a Smart TV, electric fireplace console and sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck.
Downstairs:
Family Room with another
SMART TV, Wet-Bar, Game Table (variety of board games), Propane gas fireplace, one private bedroom (2 double sized beds and a closet).
2nd bedroom can either be a family room or a bedroom however this space is "open" and a large dresser is provided for storage & clothing (no closet).
One full bathroom (shower), Traditional Dry Sauna.
*OUTSIDE
Hot Tub for 5 people only.
The deck has many lounge chairs, dining table and a Dual Grill (Propane & Charcoal).

We have two security cameras on the front deck and back deck of the property. This is for safety to protect the home when it's not occupied by guests. The camera films the front door, deck, patio area and backyard but cannot see into the house. This is ONLY there to protect our guests and our investment.
