The interior design of the condo is so much more than your typical coastal rental with starfish and palm trees. Even though recently built, the condo feels as though it has evolved over time through the low country area with sophisticated furnishing and art that nods to the historic local sites. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a wonderful porch that provides an additional living space for sitting and soaking up the slower days of the Coastal Georgia. The porch provides enough shade for the summer and comfortability during the mild falls and winter seasons.
Located on the second floor, you will enter the foyer with beautiful high ceilings and shiplap walls. A powder room with handpicked coastal flair wallpaper from floor to ceiling. The master bedroom with luxuriously appointed furniture with a cozy king bed, smart tv, and a large walk in closet. The master ensuite includes french country wallpaper, a double vanity, glass walk-in shower and two shower heads. The queen bedroom is a modern, coral surprise with a smart tv and a jack-and-jill bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. Attached to the jack-and-jill bathroom is a bedroom with two twin beds, a smart tv, games, and bean bag chairs!
The spacious living room has a vintage maritime vibe with plenty of seating for a large family gathering, smart tv, and aesthetic fireplace.
