Positive: Amazing location and base to explore with the Coppermines, Tarn Hows and Cathedral cave being a local must visit. The property has great views to the front and felt like a step back in time & very traditional we found it very cosy x Great value and perfect for a family/party of four. Lovey garden on three levels more than makes up for the property being on the road, we had no need to use the front door just as easy to go through the back door. Would have been nice to see the Garden in full bloom in the summer.

Negative: Only minor issue we had was the toilet not having the best flush but that was it really.
