As you enter the cottage the homely feel living space is complemented by the exposed beams, comfortable seating, and a cosy log burner fireplace to unwind, with the owners happy to supply all the logs you need for your stay. To the back is a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need for up to four people, along with a large oak table to enjoy mealtimes together. Outside is a paved secluded courtyard, complete with patio furniture, plus a small, locked storage, should you be bringing bikes or outdoor equipment. Upstairs on the first floor is the first of the two bedrooms, including a king-size bed, with shabby chic furniture and décor. The family bathroom is a decent size with a shower over the bath. Then up to the attic is the second bedroom, with double bed and sky lights for a light and airy feel to make your stay comfortable, along with exposed beams. Those who want to get away from it all and relax will enjoy the peaceful setting of the cottage.
