Idyllically and alone situated in a forest clearing in the district of Neumühle, the 50 square metre non-smoking holiday home is located on a 600 square metre recreational plot. There are several other small holiday homes about 200 m away, the Treppnitzbach stream is only a few steps away and the Neuklostersee lake is about 600 m away. Shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a beautiful bathing area on the lake can be found in the small town of Neukloster, approx. 3 km away.
The holiday home for up to 4 adults and 1 baby, which was extended over two floors in 2017, has electric heating and insect screens on the windows. It is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, wood-burning stove incl. wood, dining table), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (walk-in shower/WC). A sleeping area (two single beds, cot) can be reached via the open staircase. Guests also have access to a terrace, barbecue, car park with carport, seating areas on the property, bicycle storage facilities as well as a cot, high chair, swing and sandpit.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.

In addition to the numerous old buildings in Neukloster, the monastery church dating back to 1219 with its many valuable exhibits is also worth a visit, and thanks to the good transport links (A 20 and A 14 motorways), Schwerin (37 km), Rostock (45 km) and the Baltic Sea (Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km) can be reached from here in around 30 minutes by car.
